Join Our Team as a Food & Beverage Attendant

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly and service-minded Food & Beverage Attendant to help us deliver an exceptional experience to our guests during our complimentary breakfast and evening receptions. Whether you’re welcoming guests, keeping things clean and organized, or preparing food and drinks, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, inviting environment every day.

What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will:

  • Keep the breakfast and reception area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked

  • Prepare and present complimentary food and beverage offerings in an appealing and efficient manner

  • Engage with guests warmly, resolve any concerns with professionalism, and ensure they feel welcome

  • Pitch in as needed in various roles-bartender, cook, busser, or server-to keep things running smoothly

  • Know the menu and assist guests with questions or special requests

  • Maintain proper food storage, temperature, and safety standards

  • Communicate with your team and supervisors to ensure seamless transitions between shifts

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable workplace

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who:

  • Brings great energy and a commitment to outstanding service

  • Has prior experience in customer service or food & beverage (a plus, but not required!)

  • Is comfortable standing, walking, and moving during the entire shift

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves

  • Is flexible and available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must obtain (or be willing to obtain within 60 days):

    • Food Safety Certification

    • Alcohol Awareness Certification
