Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Lead and schedule a team that brings the fun to our pools, theatre, kid’s club, and more.
- Create an engaging activity calendar that makes guests say “wow” (and kids beg to stay).
- Respond to guest feedback with empathy, positivity, and action.
- Pitch in wherever needed—sometimes that means joining a game of tennis or helping with crafts.
- Spread the word about our activities using flyers, calendars, and your contagious enthusiasm.
What We Are Looking For:
- At least 18 years old—our guests’ safety comes first.
- Able to stand for long periods—some games are too fun to sit down.
- A cheerful, outgoing personality—you're the vibe-setter for fun and relaxation.
- Customer service experience is a plus—it helps you shine when engaging with guests and kids alike.
