Starting Salary: $60k-$65K

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support your banquet team-providing training, coaching, and performance feedback that keeps service top-notch.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality events.

  • Own the guest experience: engage with clients, ensure cleanliness, and uphold health and brand standards.

  • Control costs and maximize revenue by managing labor, inventory, and recommending upsell opportunities.

  • Audit banquet checks for accuracy and timeliness to support revenue integrity.

  • Support menu development and daily reporting to keep hotel leaders informed and operations running smoothly.

  • Stay calm and lead confidently in high-pressure event moments-and know what to do in emergencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of banquet supervisory experience - You’ve led teams through weddings, conferences, and everything in between.

  • High school diploma or equivalent - You’ve got the foundation; we’ll help you grow from here.

  • ServSafe and TIPS certified - Safety and service are your priorities from day one.

  • Comfort with basic tech tools - You know your way around Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Physically able to lift 25-50 lbs and stay active during shifts - Banquets are a team sport.

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Because the best events don’t happen 9 to 5.
