Front Desk Supervisor

Approximate shift range 7am-4pm

Pay scale $20.48 - $23.00 per hour

The Holiday Inn at the Portland Airport features 284 guest suites and 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The hotel is located less than a mile outside the Portland International Airport, seven miles from downtown Portland, and nine miles from downtown Vancouver. The hotel has convenient access to the light-rail public transportation reaching the suburban areas of metro-Portland.

The primary purpose of the Front Desk Supervisor to ensure that guests have an excellent experience while supervising front desk associates to ensure brand standards of hotel service, facilitating check ins and registration, and creating a memorable first impression for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Required Prior Experience: 

Six (6) months of Front Desk and/or related experience 

Preferred Prior Experience:

Hospitality experience 

Supervisory experience of a small team

Preferred Education: 

High school diploma or equivalent  

Preferred Technology: 

Intermediate computer skills

 

Physical: 

Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift 

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs 

 

Other: 

Flexible availability: early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
