What you do?
Manage and train front desk staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Work with other departments to coordinate hotel services efficiently.
Monitor labor costs and expenses to meet financial goals.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in front office areas.
Analyze revenue trends and implement strategies to improve performance.
Serve as Manager on Duty when required.
Requirements
Experience - At least 2 years in hotel front desk operations and 2 years in a supervisory role. Night audit experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements - Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs regularly, and stand/walk for long periods.
Schedule - Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
