How You’ll Make an Impact

Service

• Greet and engage guests to ensure they feel cared for during their stay

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas

• Change and inspect linens and towels according to hotel standards

Perseverance

• Learn and apply effective cleaning techniques

• Follow safety procedures and report hazards such as broken glass or suspicious activity

Inclusion

• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect

Respect

• Contribute to the team with pride and professionalism

• Handle hotel and guest property with care and responsibility

Innovation

• Participate in deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs

• Use equipment responsibly and report any damage or loss

Teamwork

• Support your team to achieve hotel-wide cleanliness goals

• Make regular rounds to maintain tidy and disinfected public areas

• Be flexible and ready to assist where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience (preferred but not required)

• Friendly, approachable personality

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Ability to be on your feet and physically active for extended periods

• Comfortable lifting at least 25 lbs and navigating carts up to 100 lbs

• Able to bend, stretch, and reach in both low and high spaces

• Effective communication and a positive team spirit
