Under the guidance of our Executive Chef, this pivotal role ensures the seamless operation of our kitchen, delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with our hotel's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Working closely with the Executive Chef and restaurant management, you will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- We expect you to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all culinary activities are executed with precision and efficiency.
- You shall coordinate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation that align with our brand values.
- You will manage inventory levels by conducting regular checks and placing timely orders to ensure a consistent supply of ingredients and resources.
- We expect you to implement health and safety regulations in the kitchen to create a safe working environment for all team members.

Requirements

- You should possess strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly between front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring seamless guest service.
