Your Role Matters

As a Maintenance Technician you’ll play an important role in delivering on Atrium’s promise of exceptional hospitality, as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities to provide general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, grounds, and public spaces will include:

  • Service Excellence & Guest-Focused Problem Solving - Demonstrate strong focus on creating safe, comfortable, and welcoming spaces through timely and effective maintenance. Ensures guest satisfaction by proactively addressing maintenance needs and contributing to a high-quality hospitality experience
  • Team-Oriented Work Ethic & Collaboration - Work effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain property standards and support operational goals. Promotes open communication, reliability, and a cooperative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Accountability, Reliability & Perseverance in Maintenance Execution - Consistently complete tasks with attention to detail and follows through on responsibilities. Embraces learning opportunities, adapts to changing needs, and takes initiative to improve performance and outcomes over time
  • Safety Awareness & Respect for Property and People - Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and the protection of people, property, and equipment. Adheres to established safety protocols while remaining open to innovative ideas that enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and support long-term property upkeep

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Physical: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; able to walk and stand for duration of shift; bending and squatting repeatedly as needed
  • Experience: Six (6) months of maintenance experience
  • Other: Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred:

  • Experience: Hotel maintenance experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Other: HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing certification
