Responsibilities
- You will oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- We expect you to lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- You shall manage staff scheduling and allocate resources efficiently to meet business demands.
- We require you to uphold quality standards by monitoring food safety, cleanliness, and presentation in all areas of the restaurant.
- You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
- We expect you to collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate menu offerings and special events.
- You shall assist in training new employees and providing ongoing development opportunities for the team.
- We require you to monitor financial performance metrics, including sales, inventory, and cost control, to achieve budgetary goals.
Requirements
- You must lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality service consistently.
- We expect you to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- You should ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all food handling and dining areas.
- Your role involves coordinating staff schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels during peak times.
- We need you to oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining stock of necessary supplies.
- You are required to assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures to uphold standards.
- You will conduct regular quality checks on both food presentation and restaurant cleanliness.
- You should collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
