Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverage options
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness
- Accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked wait station and handle VIP amenity setups
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including coordination with the kitchen
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior customer service experience (server or cashier experience is a plus)
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certified or willing to become certified within 60 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, and stand/walk for the full shift
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
