Responsibilities
You will coordinate and manage group bookings, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated to relevant departments.
We expect you to assist the sales team in developing proposals for potential clients by gathering necessary data and preparing presentation materials.
You shall maintain an updated database of client information and sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking progress towards targets.
We expect you to liaise with department heads to ensure that guest requests related to events or groups are effectively communicated and addressed.
You will monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls and emails, providing timely and informative responses.
We expect you to prepare sales contracts following established guidelines and facilitate the contract approval process with appropriate stakeholders.
You shall collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional strategies aimed at increasing group bookings and overall occupancy rates.
We expect you to participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and updates on current sales activities while suggesting improvements based on market trends.
Requirements
You will coordinate sales operations and facilitate communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
We expect you to develop client proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our offerings and meet potential clients' needs.
You must manage customer inquiries by providing prompt and accurate information regarding our services and products.
You should assist in organizing and executing promotional events or trade shows as part of our marketing strategy.
Your role includes maintaining comprehensive records of all sales activities and preparing regular reports for analysis.
We need you to utilize CRM software efficiently to track leads, update contact information, and monitor sales progress.
You are responsible for collaborating with the finance department to process invoices and follow up on payments from clients.
It's important for you to support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective planning and administrative assistance.
