Responsibilities

  • You will coordinate and manage group bookings, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated to relevant departments.

  • We expect you to assist the sales team in developing proposals for potential clients by gathering necessary data and preparing presentation materials.

  • You shall maintain an updated database of client information and sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking progress towards targets.

  • We expect you to liaise with department heads to ensure that guest requests related to events or groups are effectively communicated and addressed.

  • You will monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls and emails, providing timely and informative responses.

  • We expect you to prepare sales contracts following established guidelines and facilitate the contract approval process with appropriate stakeholders.

  • You shall collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional strategies aimed at increasing group bookings and overall occupancy rates.

  • We expect you to participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and updates on current sales activities while suggesting improvements based on market trends.

Requirements

  • You will coordinate sales operations and facilitate communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.

  • We expect you to develop client proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our offerings and meet potential clients' needs.

  • You must manage customer inquiries by providing prompt and accurate information regarding our services and products.

  • You should assist in organizing and executing promotional events or trade shows as part of our marketing strategy.

  • Your role includes maintaining comprehensive records of all sales activities and preparing regular reports for analysis.

  • We need you to utilize CRM software efficiently to track leads, update contact information, and monitor sales progress.

  • You are responsible for collaborating with the finance department to process invoices and follow up on payments from clients.

  • It's important for you to support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective planning and administrative assistance.
